The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Newton Falls Tigers (Newton Falls, OH) and the visiting Liberty Leopards (Youngstown, OH), observed Newton Falls's basketball team knock off Liberty by a score of 37-18.

The Tigers (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Crestview (Columbiana, OH). The Rebels come into the Mahoning Valley - Grey challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Crestview prevailed over Brookfield (Brookfield, OH), 82-13, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Leopards encounter the Garfield G-Men (Garrettsville, OH) in a Mahoning Valley - Grey challenge, on Friday, December 20.
