Texas High School Basketball - New Home triumphant over Ralls
December 17, 2024: New Home, TX 79383 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the New Home Leopards (New Home, TX) and the visiting Ralls Jackrabbits (Ralls, TX), observed New Home's basketball team overwhelm Ralls by a score of 96-14.
The Leopards (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Post (Post, TX). The Antelopes come into the 2A Region I District 4 challenge with a 0-12 record. In their last challenge, Post was routed by Floydada (Floydada, TX), 63-25, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Jackrabbits encounter the New Deal Lions (New Deal, TX) in a 2A Region I District 4 challenge, on Friday, December 20. Ralls will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 65-27 league loss to Abernathy (Abernathy, TX).
