Arizona High School Basketball - Saguaro overwhelms Thunderbird

The Saguaro Sabercats basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Thunderbird Titans to 44 in the Sabercats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Sabercats now have a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Red Mountain for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 18. Saguaro will confront a Mountain Lions team coming off a 81-29 non-league win over Kofa (Yuma, AZ). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Thunderbird falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Titans host Cortez (Phoenix, AZ) to confront the Colts in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 18. The Colts go into the game with a record of 1-3. Cortez lost 50-40 in their recent non-league game against Glendale (Glendale, AZ)
