With the victory, Deep Creek advances its record to 5-0 on the year. The Hornets host Nansemond River (Suffolk, VA) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Friday, December 20. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 4-1. Nansemond River won 62-37 in their recent non-league match against Norfolk Collegiate (Norfolk, VA)
The Mustangs now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Norview for a non-league match on Wednesday, December 18. Manor will face a Pilots squad coming off a 61-40 league loss to Maury (Norfolk, VA). The Pilots record now stands at 0-2.
