Illinois High School Basketball - Oak Park-River Forest ripped by Lake Forest
December 18, 2021: Oak Park, IL 60302 The Lake Forest Scouts basketball team scored 84 points and held the host Oak Park-River Forest Huskies to 59 in the Scouts non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Scouts now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to York for a non-league contest on Monday, December 27. Lake Forest will battle a Dukes team coming off a 62-36 league loss to Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL). The Dukes record now stands at 5-3.
The Huskies (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Warren Township (Gurnee, IL). The Blue Devils come into the non-league bout with a 6-2 record. In their last bout, Warren Township was crushed by Fremd (Palatine, IL), 56-41, in a non-league bout.
