Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Central Mountain Wildcats (Mill Hall, PA) and the visiting Montoursville Warriors (Montoursville, PA), saw Central Mountain's basketball squad knock off Montoursville by a count of 77-59.

With the victory, Central Mountain upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Tyrone (Tyrone, PA) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 20. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Tyrone won 78-49 in their recent league challenge against Clearfield (Clearfield, PA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Shamokin Area Indians (Coal Township, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 27. Montoursville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 78-76 non-league loss to Loyalsock Township (Williamsport, PA).
