The Harding University Rams basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Piedmont Panthers to 35 in the Rams non-league victory on Monday.

The Rams now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Cabarrus for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28.

The Panthers (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, East Mecklenburg dropped by Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC), 67-55, in a non-league contest.
