The Heritage Pride basketball team (Leesburg, VA), was overwhelmed 65-44 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Woodgrove Wolverines (Purcellville, VA)

The Wolverines now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Loudoun Valley for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 20. Woodgrove will confront a Vikings team coming off a 64-51 league win over John Champe (Aldie, VA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-2.

The Pride (0-6) will now prepare for their battle against Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Briar Woods was overwhelmed by Tuscarora (Leesburg, VA), 60-46, in a non-league battle.
