Millbury Woolies (Millbury, MA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Tantasqua Regional Warriors (Fiskdale, MA), 54-44 in a league bout.

With the victory, Millbury upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Woolies host Burke (Dorchester, MA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Burke won 81-63 in their recent non-league bout against Cathedral (Boston, MA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Minnechaug Regional Falcons (Wilbraham, MA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 21. Tantasqua Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
