December 18, 2023: Chesterfield, VA Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Spirit HomeSchool Warhawks (Richmond, VA) and the host James River HomeSchool Eagles (Chesterfield, VA), saw Spirit HomeSchool's basketball squad wallop James River HomeSchool by a tally of 66-35.
With the victory, Spirit HomeSchool improves its record to 12-0 on the campaign. The Warhawks travel to Summit Christian Academy (Yorktown, VA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Summit Christian Academy lost 57-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Greenbrier Christian Academy (Chesapeake, VA)
Next up, the Eagles confront the New Covenant Gryphons (Lynchburg, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. James River HomeSchool will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Gryphons come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 54-14 non-league win over Temple Christian (Madison Heights, VA).
