December 18, 2024: Versailles, IN 47042 The South Ripley Raiders (Versailles, IN) basketball crushed the visiting Shawe Memorial Hilltoppers (Madison, IN), 84-42 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Raiders now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to South Decatur for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 21. South Ripley will play a Cougars team coming off a 77-62 non-league loss to Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Shawe Memorial falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers host Crothersville (Crothersville, IN) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 20. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Crothersville lost 54-37 in their recent league bout against Borden (Borden, IN)
