Minnesota High School Basketball - Lake City overwhelms Triton
December 19, 2022: Lake City, MN 55041 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Lake City Tigers (Lake City, MN) and the visiting Triton Cobras (Dodge Center, MN), saw Lake City's basketball squad wallop Triton by a tally of 80-42.
With the victory, Lake City improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to St. Croix Central (Hammond, WI) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 30. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 4-3.
Next up, the Cobras confront the Randolph Rockets (Randolph, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Triton will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Rockets come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 57-42 non-league loss to Waterville-Elysian-Morristown (Waterville, MN).
