The Tigers now possess a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pine Island for a AA Section 1 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Lake City will battle a Panthers team coming off a 81-57 non-league loss to Byron (Byron, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 4-12.
The Lancers (13-7) will now prepare for their battle against Plainview-Elgin-Millville (Elgin, MN). The Bulldogs come into the AA Section 1 battle with a 12-3 record. In their last battle, Plainview-Elgin-Millville prevailed over Cristo Rey Jesuit (Minneapolis, MN), 77-32, in a non-league battle.
