Georgia High School Basketball - Alcovy nudges Salem
December 19, 2023: Conyers, GA 30013 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Alcovy Tigers (Covington, GA) basketball squad edged the host Salem Seminoles (Conyers, GA), by a count of 61-56.
The Tigers (9-3) will now prepare for their outing against Cumberland Christian Academy (Austell, GA). The patriot go into the non-league outing with a 7-4 record.
The Seminoles now hold a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Southwest for a non-league outing on Friday, December 22. Salem will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 55-39 non-league loss to Westside (Macon, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 5-5.
