Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Alcovy Tigers (Covington, GA) and the host Morrow Mustangs (Morrow, GA), saw Alcovy's basketball squad hold off Morrow by a tally of 61-59.

With the victory, Alcovy improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Griffin (Griffin, GA) to confront the Bears in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 18. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 3-2.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Salem Seminoles (Conyers, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 15. Morrow will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record.
