Maryland High School Basketball - Bethesda-Chevy Chase trounces Walter Johnson
December 19, 2023: Bethesda, MD 20814 The Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons (Bethesda, MD) basketball crushed the visiting Walter Johnson Wildcats (Bethesda, MD), 110-54 in Tuesday's league test.
The Barons (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Einstein (Kensington, MD). The Titans go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Einstein walloped Northwood (Silver Spring, MD), 60-43, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Wootton for a Montgomery 4A/3A Central test on Thursday, December 21. Walter Johnson will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 59-57 league loss to Churchill (Potomac, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 5-1.
