The Bowie Pirates basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Harleton Wildcats to 42 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Pirates now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saltillo for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Bowie will meet a Lions team coming off a 70-52 non-league loss to Pittsburg (Pittsburg, TX). The Lions record now stands at 7-11.

The Wildcats (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against East Texas Homeschool Sports (Longview, TX). The Chargers enter the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, East Texas Homeschool Sports ran past LEAD Academy (Lufkin, TX), 66-16, in a non-league contest.
