Massachusetts High School Basketball - Weymouth tops Braintree
December 19, 2023: Braintree, MA 02184 Weymouth Wildcats (South Weymouth, MA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Braintree Wamps (Braintree, MA), 57-49 in a league bout.
With the victory, Weymouth upgrades its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Quincy (Quincy, MA) to play the Presidents in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Presidents come into the bout with a record of 2-1. Quincy won 49-44 in their recent non-league bout against Malden (Malden, MA)
Next up, the Wamps play the Durfee Hilltoppers (Fall River, MA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 22. Braintree will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
