Minnesota High School Basketball - Edison trounced by Maranatha Christian Academy
December 19, 2023: Brooklyn Park, MN 55428 The Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs routed the visiting Edison Tommies basketball team by a tally of 86-56 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Mustangs now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Johnson for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 20. Maranatha Christian Academy will confront a Governors team coming off a 71-64 non-league loss to St. Cloud Tech (St. Cloud, MN). The Governors record now stands at 1-1.
The Tommies (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Southwest Christian (Chaska, MN). The Stars come into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Southwest Christian trounced Watertown-Mayer (Watertown, MN), 71-48, in a league battle.
