February 2, 2024: Minneapolis, MN 55403 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Blake Bears (Minneapolis, MN) and the visiting Edison Tommies (Minneapolis, MN), saw Blake's basketball squad overcome Edison by a tally of 92-73.
With the victory, Blake improves its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Maranatha Christian Academy (Brooklyn Park, MN) to confront the Mustangs in a AA Section 5 challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 13-4. Maranatha Christian Academy lost 67-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Lake City (Lake City, MN)
Next up, the Tommies confront the Patrick Henry Patriots (Minneapolis, MN) in a AAA Section 4 challenge, on Monday, February 5. Edison will attempt to improve on its 4-16 season record.
