Michigan High School Basketball - Lapeer tops Holly
December 19, 2023: Holly, MI 48442 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lapeer Lightning (Lapeer, MI) and the host Holly Bronchos (Holly, MI), saw Lapeer's basketball squad knock off Holly by a count of 64-49.
With the victory, Lapeer upgrades its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Lightning travel to Flint Southwestern Academy (Flint, MI) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Flint Southwestern Academy won 59-41 in their recent league challenge against Atherton (Burton, MI)
Next up, the Bronchos play the Howell Highlanders (Howell, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. Holly will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 37-26 league win over Hartland (Hartland, MI).
