Ohio High School Basketball - Southeastern Local holds off Madison Plains
December 19, 2023: London, OH 43140 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Southeastern Local Trojans (South Charleston, OH) and the host Madison Plains Golden Eagles (London, OH), saw Southeastern Local's basketball squad hold off Madison Plains by a tally of 44-43.
With the victory, Southeastern Local improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Kenton Ridge (Springfield, OH) to confront the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 23. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 3-2.
Next up, the Golden Eagles confront the KIPP Columbus Jaguars (Columbus, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 22. Madison Plains will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 72-61 non-league win over Elgin (Marion, OH).
