Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the North Saxons (Torrance, CA) and the visiting South Spartans (Torrance, CA), saw North's basketball squad wallop South by a tally of 68-42.

With the victory, North improves its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Saxons host Lawndale (Lawndale, CA) to play the Cardinals in a Pioneer challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 3-10. Lawndale lost 54-48 in their recent league challenge against West (Torrance, CA)

Next up, the Spartans play the San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 20. South will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 73-34 non-league win over Centennial (Compton, CA).
