Ropes Eagles (Ropesville, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Seagraves Eagles (Seagraves, TX), 62-41 in a league challenge.

With the victory, Ropes improves its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Tahoka (Tahoka, TX) to confront the Bulldogs in a 2A Region I District 5 challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-5.
