December 19, 2023: Westminster, MD 21157 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Francis Scott Key Eagles (Union Bridge, MD) and the host Winters Mill Falcons (Westminster, MD), saw Francis Scott Key's basketball squad knock off Winters Mill by a tally of 46-37.
With the victory, Francis Scott Key improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Hereford (Parkton, MD) to play the Bulls in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Bulls come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Hereford won 57-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Sparrows Point (Baltimore, MD)
Next up, the Falcons play the Century Knights (Sykesville, MD) in a Carroll County challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Winters Mill will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
