The Sunnyside Wildcats (Fresno, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Madera South Stallions (Madera, CA), 47-34 in Tuesday's league test.

The Wildcats (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Roosevelt (Fresno, CA). The Rough Riders go into the North Yosemite test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Roosevelt notched a victory over Torres (Madera, CA), 57-51, in a league test.

The Stallions now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Sanger West for a North Yosemite test on Thursday, December 21. Madera South will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 40-27 league loss to Hoover (Fresno, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 4-8.
