December 19, 2024: Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 Cherry Hill East Cougars (Cherry Hill, NJ) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Rancocas Valley Red Devils (Mt. Holly, NJ), 52-51 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Cherry Hill East advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Cougars host Delsea (Franklinville, NJ) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. The Crusaders enter the match with a record of 0-1. Delsea lost 48-38 in their recent non-league match against Washington Township (Sewell, NJ)
The Red Devils now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clearview for a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. Rancocas Valley will meet a Pioneers squad coming off a 82-72 non-league win over Cumberland (Seabrook, NJ). The Pioneers record now stands at 1-0.
