In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Horizon Huskies basketball team scored a big 70-33 triumph over the Poston Butte Broncos.

The Huskies (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Peoria (Peoria, AZ). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Peoria smashed Moon Valley (Phoenix, AZ), 71-51, in a non-league contest.
