December 19, 2024: Medford, MA 02155 The Malden Golden Tornados basketball team scored 50 points and limited the host Medford Mustangs to 31 in the Golden Tornados non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Golden Tornados now have a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lynn English for a non-league game on Thursday, January 2. Malden will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 68-43 non-league win over Lynn Classical (Lynn, MA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Medford falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Somerville (Somerville, MA) to confront the Highlanders in a non-league game on Thursday, January 2.
