December 19, 2024: Hackensack, NJ 07601 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Hackensack Comets basketball team scored a big 52-15 triumph over the Bergen Tech Knights.
The Comets now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Eastside for a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. Hackensack will confront a Ghosts team coming off a 65-42 non-league win over Passaic Valley (Little Falls, NJ). The Ghosts record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Bergen Tech falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ) to confront the Lancers in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Lancers go into the game with a record of 1-1. Lakeland Regional lost 52-38 in their recent non-league game against Mahwah (Mahwah, NJ)
