South Dakota High School Basketball - Crow Creek thwarts Dupree
December 19, 2024: Stephan, SD 57346 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Crow Creek Chieftains (Stephan, SD) and the visiting Dupree Tigers (Dupree, SD), observed Crow Creek's basketball team knock off Dupree by a score of 43-33.
The Chieftains (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lower Brule (Lower Brule, SD). The Sioux come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Lower Brule prevailed over Todd County (Mission, SD), 40-38, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Todd County Falcons (Mission, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 20. Dupree will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 46-18 non-league loss to Custer (Custer, SD).
