California High School Basketball - Higley toppled by Victory Christian Academy

Victory Christian Academy Knights (Chula Vista, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ), 47-38 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Victory Christian Academy upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Knights travel to Canyon View (Waddell, AZ) to battle the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 21. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Canyon View won 86-28 in their recent league challenge against Youngker (Buckeye, AZ)

In their next game, the Knights battle the Meade County Green Waves (Brandenburg, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 20. Higley will attempt to better on its 8-5 season record. The Green Waves come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 68-20 non-league win over Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ).
