In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Sissonville Indians basketball squad scored a nice 40-31 victory over the Hoover Huskies.

With the victory, Sissonville advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Indians host Grafton (Grafton, WV) to meet the Bearcats in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 4. The Bearcats enter the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Huskies now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sissonville for a non-league battle on Monday, January 27.
