The Union County Fightin' Tigers (Lake Butler, FL) basketball nipped the visiting Bell Bulldogs (Bell, FL), 61-57 in Thursday's league test.

The Fightin' Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Trenton (Trenton, FL). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Trenton was tipped by Trinity Catholic (Ocala, FL), 67-38, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lafayette for a non-league test on Friday, December 3. Bell will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 47-42 non-league win over Oak Hall (Gainesville, FL). The Hornets record now stands at 3-0.
