The Swanton Bulldogs basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Evergreen Vikings to 44 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Patrick Henry for a Northwest Ohio contest on Thursday, January 5.

The Vikings (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Ottawa Hills (Toledo, OH). The Green Bears enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Ottawa Hills ran past Edon (Edon, OH), 51-22, in a non-league contest.
