South Carolina High School Basketball - Marlboro Academy fells Maranatha Christian
December 2, 2022: Bennettsville, SC 29512 Marlboro Academy (Bennettsville, SC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Maranatha Christian Bulldogs (Florence, SC), 60-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Marlboro Academy upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The travel to Pee Dee Academy (Mullins, SC) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Pee Dee Academy won 56-30 in their recent non-league bout against King's Academy (Florence, SC)
Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the South Pointe Christian Patriots (Pageland, SC) in a South Carolina Christian AA - Coastal A bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Maranatha Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 68-21 non-league win over Abundant Life Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC).
