In Friday's non-league match, the host St. Michael the Archangel Warriors basketball team scored a good 72-57 triumph over the Tandem Friends Badgers.

In their next game, the Warriors meet the King Abdullah Academy Falcons (Herndon, VA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 3. St. Michael the Archangel will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 85-60 non-league loss to Capital City HomeSchool (Mechanicsville, VA).

With the defeat, Tandem Friends moves to 0-1 on the year. The Badgers travel to Eastern Mennonite (Harrisonburg, VA) to meet the Flames in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 7.
