December 2, 2022: Whitewater, KS 67154 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Remington Broncos (Whitewater, KS) and the visiting Bluestem Lions (Leon, KS), saw Remington's basketball squad knock off Bluestem by a count of 35-27.
With the victory, Remington upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to Fredonia (Fredonia, KS) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 5. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Fredonia lost 52-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Neodesha (Neodesha, KS)
Next up, the Lions play the Yates Center Wildcats (Yates Center, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Bluestem will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 46-11 non-league loss to Madison (Madison, KS).
