December 2, 2022: Gainesville, GA 30507 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA) and the host East Hall Vikings (Gainesville, GA), saw Walnut Grove's basketball squad wallop East Hall by a count of 75-47.
With the victory, Walnut Grove upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Warriors host North Oconee (Bogart, GA) to play the Titans in a AAAA Region 8B challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. North Oconee won 47-46 in their recent non-league challenge against North Hall (Gainesville, GA)
Next up, the Vikings play the North Hall Trojans (Gainesville, GA) in a AAAA Region 8A challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. East Hall will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 62-40 non-league win over Gilmer (Ellijay, GA).
