The Foster Falcons basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host George Ranch Longhorns to 47 in the Falcons non-league victory on Friday.

The Falcons now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dekaney for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Foster will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 45-18 non-league loss to Mayde Creek (Houston, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-12.

The Longhorns (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX). The Panthers come into the 6A Region III District 20 contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Ridge Point was nudged by Humble (Humble, TX), 38-31, in a non-league contest.
