December 2, 2022: Halstead, KS 67056 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Halstead Dragons (Halstead, KS) and the visiting Sedgwick Cardinals (Sedgwick, KS), saw Halstead's basketball squad wallop Sedgwick by a tally of 39-13.
With the victory, Halstead improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Berean Academy (Elbing, KS) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 5. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Berean Academy won 46-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Central Plains (Claflin, KS)
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Classical Saints (Wichita, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 8. Sedgwick will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
