December 2, 2022: New Castle, PA 16105 The Wilmington Greyhounds basketball team (New Wilmington, PA), was overwhelmed 47-24 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Neshannock Lancers (New Castle, PA)
The Lancers now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greensburg Central Catholic for a non-league battle on Monday, December 5. Neshannock will confront a Centurions team coming off a 49-41 league win over Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA). The Centurions record now stands at 1-0.
The Greyhounds (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Meadville (Meadville, PA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Meadville was overwhelmed by Seneca (Erie, PA), 65-35, in a non-league battle.
