The Parkland Mustangs basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Winston-Salem Prep Phoenix to 32 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Atkins for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Parkland will meet a Camels team coming off a 44-36 non-league win over Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC). The Camels record now stands at 3-2.

The Phoenix (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Walkertown (Walkertown, NC). The Wolfpack enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Walkertown triumphed over Carver (Winston-Salem, NC), 49-25, in a non-league contest.
