California High School Basketball - Stagg topped by Oakdale

The Oakdale Mustangs basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the host Stagg Delta Kings to 28 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sonora for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Oakdale will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 62-51 non-league win over Tracy (Tracy, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-0.

The Delta Kings (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lodi (Lodi, CA). The Flames come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Lodi prevailed over Edison (Stockton, CA), 66-41, in a non-league contest.
