New Mexico High School Basketball - Cliff crushes Hozho Academy
December 2, 2023: Cliff, NM 88028 Cliff Cowboys/Cowgirls (Cliff, NM) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hozho Academy Wolves (Gallup, NM), 68-27 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cliff upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cowboys/Cowgirls host Animas (Animas, NM) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Wolves play the Navajo Pine Warriors (Navajo, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Hozho Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 68-41 non-league win over Ramah (Ramah, NM).
