California High School Basketball - Marquez over Cathedral
December 2, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90012 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Marquez Gladiators (Huntington Park, CA) and the host Cathedral Phantoms (Los Angeles, CA), saw Marquez's basketball squad overcome Cathedral by a tally of 46-30.
With the victory, Marquez improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Gladiators travel to South Gate (South Gate, CA) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 2. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. South Gate lost 54-15 in their recent non-league challenge against Huntington Park (Huntington Park, CA)
Next up, the Phantoms confront the Bishop Amat Lancers (La Puente, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 5. Cathedral will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
