December 2, 2023: Pittsburgh, PA 15238 The Fox Chapel Foxes (Pittsburgh, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Freeport Yellowjackets (Freeport, PA), 67-32 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Foxes (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Mars (Mars, PA). The Fightin' Planets go into the WPIAL 5A 2 test with a 2-1 record.
The Yellowjackets now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Deer Lakes for a non-league test on Thursday, December 7. Freeport will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 61-21 non-league loss to Hampton (Allison Park, PA). The Lancers record now stands at 1-2.
