Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) and the visiting Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC), saw Hickory Ridge's basketball squad overcome Northwest Cabarrus by a tally of 45-37.

With the victory, Hickory Ridge improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Ragin' Bulls host Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC) to confront the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 4-2.

Next up, the Trojans confront the Concord Spiders (Concord, NC) in a 3A South Piedmont challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Northwest Cabarrus will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Spiders come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 39-32 non-league loss to Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC).
