St. Francis Sharks (Watsonville, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host San Lorenzo Valley Cougars (Felton, CA), 52-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Francis upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Sharks travel to Soquel (Soquel, CA) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Soquel won 61-57 in their recent non-league bout against Monte Vista Christian (Watsonville, CA)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the St. Francis Sharks (Watsonville, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. San Lorenzo Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
