Georgia High School Basketball - Effingham County beaten by Glynn Academy

December 2, 2025: Springfield, GA 31329

The Glynn Academy Terrors were victorious over the host Effingham County Rebels basketball squad by a final score of 64-54 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Terrors clash with the Ware County Gators (Waycross, GA) in a non-league game, on Friday, December 5. Glynn Academy will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Gators go into the game with a 1-1 record after their 68-31 non-league win over Worth County (Sylvester, GA).

With the loss, Effingham County falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to South Effingham (Guyton, GA) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league game on Saturday, December 6. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 2-6. South Effingham lost 81-46 in their recent non-league game against Calvary Day (Savannah, GA)
